Purpose of the service
BinFit helps users compare measurements they enter with product information recorded from third-party sources. It is an informational comparison service. It is not a retailer, installer, surveyor, building-control adviser or product-safety certification service.
No purchase contract with BinFit
BinFit does not take payment or accept orders for listed products. Any purchase contract is made directly with the retailer under the retailer’s terms. Questions about payment, delivery, installation, cancellation, return, refund or warranty should be directed to that retailer.
User measurements and site conditions
Results depend on the accuracy and completeness of the measurements supplied. Users must account for lids, wheels, handles, slopes, walls, pipes, gutters, access routes, door movement, roof movement, assembly tolerances, ground stability and any other site-specific restriction.
Product information
Manufacturers and retailers can change specifications, prices, stock, delivery terms and warranties. Before ordering, users must check the current retailer page and, where available, the manufacturer drawing. A fit result is not a guarantee of installation suitability.
Acceptable use
Users must not attempt to disrupt the website, bypass security controls, submit unlawful material, scrape the service in a way that impairs availability or present BinFit content as an official statement from a manufacturer or retailer.
Intellectual property
BinFit branding, original text, interface design and original illustrations remain the property of the website operator or their respective licensors. Product names and trade marks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification.
External websites and affiliate links
External websites are controlled by third parties. BinFit is not responsible for their availability or terms. Some clearly labelled links may be affiliate links, as explained in the Affiliate Disclosure.
Availability and changes
The service may be corrected, updated, suspended or withdrawn. These terms and the matching methodology may be revised where the service, law or external providers change.
Governing law
Unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise, these terms are governed by the law of England and Wales and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.
